Two people were shot a block away from Temple University’s campus in North Philadelphia late Saturday night, prompting police to alert students about the investigation.
The shooting happened at 18th and Norris streets on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026, according to police.
Temple University’s Police Department sent an alert suggesting students avoid the area while investigators combed the scene.
NBC10 reached out to police for information about the condition of the two people who were shot and whether anyone had been arrested, but have not received an update.
